Zach Biddle San Diego Teaches Team Work Is The Fastest Way To Complete Tasks Fast

When we have a complex task at hand, we wonder how on earth we are going to pull it off. Zach Biddle San Diego teaches that teamwork is the fastest way to get things done fast. When you are working as a team, no matter how difficult or how complex a task is, it is not only possible to complete the task but it is possible to complete it fast.

One might think that just because there are many people in a team the work gets done fast. If you try to just put some random individuals who do not belong to a team or that do not identify themselves as a part of a team to accomplish the same task. You will notice that the task does not get accomplished fast and in some cases it ends up in confusion and the task never gets accomplished. This will make it evident that it is not just because we have a larger number of people attending to a task it gets accomplished fast. Rather, when these larger number of people identify themselves as a part of a team they will become highly efficient and get the task done fast.

Mikel Biddle notices that when people come together as a team their individual capabilities gain a cumulative value and it becomes a cumulative power. Some people in the team will be good at planning and others will be workhorses and can lug through the toughest tasks with ease. Some will have analytical skills and yet others troubleshooting skills. All these skills are required to complete a task and in a team all these skills are pooled together.

We cannot call any group of people a team and that is why in the first instance when a larger number of people that do not have any team affiliation are assigned a task fail to complete it because each one will try to operate in a way that they think is the best. This could nullify the efforts of the others. There will also be chaos in that group. In a team too all these elements are present because the individuality of the members does not simply disappear just because people are put in a team. However, when they operate as a team the team goal takes precedence. Individual whims and fancies take a back seat. Everyone acts towards a common goal in an organized way. this is what enables the team to achieve their goals fast and they can complete even the toughest tasks with ease.

Moreover, in a team the members step in to support each other. Not everyone is good at everything but as a team, these individual limitations are overcome by the contribution of the other members. The team dynamics when at play can turn even what we call a meek group of people into super-powers. Tasks get accomplished fast for sure when a team works on it rather than a large group of individual.
